1. Eligibility

Campus Marketplace is intended for verified students of participating universities and colleges. You must provide accurate registration details and keep your account secure.

2. Listings

  • You may only list items you legally own and are entitled to sell.
  • Descriptions must be accurate; use real photographs of the actual item.
  • Prohibited items include weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit products, academic assignments and anything unlawful.
  • New and edited listings may be reviewed by an administrator before publication.

3. Communication and conduct

Keep conversations respectful. Harassment, spam, scams and attempts to move users to unsafe payment methods are not permitted and may result in account deactivation.

4. Transactions

Campus Marketplace does not handle payments and is not a party to any transaction. Buyers and sellers are responsible for inspecting items, agreeing on prices and meeting safely in public places.

5. Moderation

Administrators may approve, reject or remove listings, and may deactivate accounts that breach these terms. Reports from students are reviewed and acted upon where appropriate.

6. Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Campus Marketplace is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users.
